The orchard of our Holiday Farm on Elba Island
Our orchard is cultivated traditionally. We are its first consumers. Each morning the freshly picked produce is made available for sale in our shop. You can buy our products or those of other local farms which share the same attention to quality and discovery of tastes different to those offered by larger supermarkets. We are firmly convinced that it is a healthy, intelligent and ecological activity to buy local produce and the produce reaches the table a short time after it has been picked or processed. (Proximity=less km. = less pollution). We believe that buying “locally” is an act of solidarity because it means giving your contribution to the development of an economy which is dear to us and of which we are its first protagonists. It means giving a community of people the opportunity to develop and create a general wellness, which is beneficial to all.
